My suggestion is to purchase and read the Mental and Emotional Release book by Dr. Matt James. This will allow our sessions to flow better, as I won’t have to take up our precious time together explaining the unconscious mind, mind-body-energy connection, the timeline, emotional imprinting, etc.
In a nutshell, Day 1 is 2-3 hour session where I ask you a lot of questions about your life. Ironically, the stories are not what I am looking to understand, its how the story was captured in your unconscious mind that I am looking for… what decision did you make about yourself when an incident happened. Day 2 is when we will do the Release work. The details of what to expect are very well explained in the Mental and Emotional Release book by Dr. Matt James. I highly recommend you read the first 4 chapters of the book prior to our first session.
After Day 1, your baggage will be lit up! We may uncover old difficult stories you haven’t thought about in a long time. Expect to be on edge, and possibly not your best self. This is very important time for your unconscious mind to be processing everything we talked about. Please block out your calendar between Day 1 and Day 2, so that no important meetings or decisions are being made. Warn your loved ones that you might need extra TLC and grace during the 12-15 hours before we do the release work.
